About Us

Friends of the Marblehead Fireworks, Inc. is a non-profit organization and operates exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. We educate the public about the annual Fourth of July Fireworks in the Town of Marblehead in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, conduct various fund-raising activities for those fireworks, and make charitable donations to the Fireworks Fund at the Town of Marblehead.Friends of the Marblehead Fireworks, Inc. has been established as a Massachusetts non-profit corporation in February 2014 and is certified as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.All contributions to Friends of the Marblehead Fireworks, Inc. are tax-deductible under section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code.
