By making full and accurate information about its mission, activities, finances, and governance publicly available, Friends of the Marblehead Fireworks, Inc. practices and encourages transparency and accountability to the general public.These are the governing documents of the Friends of the Marblehead Fireworks that were used to establish this non-profit organization in early February 2014:

In addition, we filed for section 501(c)3 tax-exempt status with the IRS in late February 2014 and have received official certification of our 501(c)3 status in July 2014.
